Taste of Australia with cooking sensation Gary Mehigan
Gary Mehigan, a name that needs no introduction, is in to India to share Australia’s culinary culture as part of Australia Fest.
Australia’s High Commissioner, Her Excellency Ms Harinder Sidhu, said, “We are delighted to have Gary Mehigan on board as an Australia Fest Ambassador. If there is one thing that unites both Indians and Australians, it is our shared passion for food.”
The celebrated MasterChef Australia judge will be out and about in Mumbai and Delhi for a series of interactive food and beverage demonstrations, masterclasses and curated dinners.
“Australia is known for its high-quality, fresh and sustainable products. As an Australia Fest Ambassador, I am looking forward to sharing my passion for Australia and a variety of tempting and world-class products we have to offer,” said Gary Mehigan.
In Delhi, invited guests will be treated to gastronomic delights in a Gala Dinner menu created by Gary, highlighting food and wine from across Australia. The Taste of Australia Gala Dinner is presented in partnership with Hindustan Unilever Limited, Reliance Industries Limited and Pullman Hotels and Resorts.
Gary will also conduct masterclasses with industry representatives, influencers and bloggers using fresh and high quality Australian ingredients. The masterclass will be presented in partnership with Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), Jacob’s Creek and Hyatt Regency Delhi.
